Traveldocs is please to provide our corporate clients with a new self-service option to better allow you to manage your staff members travel documents.
Quickly create a profile for each individual traveler in a secured portal then scan and upload copies of the travelers passport and visas into the profile, list each documents date of issue, date of expiration and set a date to receive an email alerting you and the traveler to the upcoming expiration date. Never miss an important international trip again due to an expired or expiring passport or visa.

Simply open your Traveldocs account look for new Document Locker tab.
Create a new profile locker, complete the contact information section.
Scan and upload copies of visas, passports, driver’s license or any other document you’d like to securely store, then set an email alert reminder date.
