The Russian Government has been issuing 3 year multiple entry Business and Tourist visa since September 2012. Although all Russian consulates do issue 3 year visas the Embassy in Washington very rarely asks for additional documentation, this is not the case in New York or Houston, both consulates routinely ask for additional supporting documents.
