The US Passport Offices have reopened the Passport Offices in three stages to handle processing of life & death emergencies and dealing with a backlog that accumulated during their closure.
Effective September 28,2020, Travel Document Systems has been allowed to process expedited Passport Renewals and Second Valid US Passports in a 4-6 week time frame. Regular processing will take 10-12 weeks.
Travel Document Systems currently CANNOT process New Passports, Lost or Stolen, Mutilated or Reissue in any time frame.
Once we have more updated information from the US Passport agencies regarding being allowed to offer more types of Passport services we will update our information
Most foreign borders are closed to US Passport holders so visa issuance is at a halt. Please check with TDS for real time information as countries begin to open their borders and visa processing resumes. We will be glad to assit you when we can
The State Department
has removed the level four global travel warning that was issued on March 19,2020 It has been replaced by country specific travel warnings & advisories that existed before the shutdown. Please check with TDS

The Canadian-US borders will remain closed until at least September 21, 2020. It will then be decided when the border reopens.
