Non-US Citizens: Get your Tanzania Tourist visa with the TDS New York Office

Please send TDS your current valid and signed passport. It must be valid at least 6 months beyond your arrival date and must have at least one blank visa page. Foreign Embassies cannot issue a visa on a page not labeled as a Visa page. Amendment and Endorsement pages in the back of the passport cannot be used for issuance of a visa.
A visa cannot be stamped on a page even if only one Small Stamp is on the visa page. If your passport is not valid 6 months beyond your arrival date, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport.

Please send 2 recent professional passport-type photographs.
Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.

A Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa and I-94 is required.
Travelers who entered the USA after April 26th 2013 should print the electronic I-94 form from
Department of Homeland Security

If traveling individually, a photocopy of the airline tickets is preferred, or travel agency/airline itinerary.

If applicant is staying in a hotel but not on a guided tour a Hotel Confirmation is required.

If the applicant is staying in a hosts home an Invitation Letter is require from the host.
Note: A Fax is acceptable.

Parental Approval for minors: 

Visa applications for minors under 18 years traveling alone or with only one parent / legal guardians should be accompanied with

1. A notarized letter, jointly signed by parents or legal guardians approving the minor to travel.

2. A copy of the parents or legal guardians ID.

If traveling with a tour group an itinerary showing all air and land travel from the tour operator is required ALSO a letter confirming full payment has been received.
