Rush Services are not available to holders of "Permit to Re-enter the United States" or "Refugee travel Document".
Transit visa is required if Armenia is a stopping point to travel on to other countries. This type of visa can be obtained only in case of having basic visa. Transit visa is valid for three days.
No consular fee is charged for children under age 18 years, and for diplomatic visas.
Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.
