Visa Notes:
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for tourist or business travel to this country. A valid U.S. Passport is required. Any U.S. citizen who wishes to travel to Liechtenstein for any purpose other than tourism or business negotiations (e.g. work, study, adoption, immigration, or stays longer than stipulated in the entry requirements) should contact directly, the embassy or nearest consulate.
* TDS is not able to assist with expediting visas for Liechtenstein, other than for foreign nationals who are permanently residing in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, or Washington DC.
* A printable visa application may be available here but it is intended only for use at the Washington DC embassy of this country. You should confirm with the consulate, full visa requirements and acceptability of this visa application before using this form.
* In most cases the visa for Liechtenstein must be processed by what is called, Consular Jurisdiction - or, the consulate which has jurisdiction over the state in which the applicant resides - usually the nearest consulate.
* In some cases there may be delays of several days, or even weeks, issuing visas for some foreigners traveling to Liechtenstein and/or a personal appearance for an interview at the consulate may be required. Call the consulate to confirm these details before sending an application or purchasing travel arrangements which may be subject to cancellation penalties.
