REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER JAMAICA
Offical
- Diplomatic Travel
(No Visa Required for stay up to 30 days)
- Submit Official
or Diplomatic Passport, must be signed with at least six months
remaining and one blank visa page
- 1 Visa Application Form,
completed and signed
- 1 Recent Passport-Type Photograph
- Completed Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)
- Letter from
sending Government Department or Agency, addressed to
Embassy of Jamaica, Visa Section, Washington D. C.
The letter must explain all of the following:
- Applicant's name and occupation
- Purpose of the trip
- Dates of the trip
- Contact person in Jamaica
