• An invitation from a company or organization in PR China (not Hong Kong). The invitation must be issued by a Chinese Government Ministry or authorized government office, or Regional office of Chinese Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission, and include their 4-digit reference number.

Employment "Z" Visa Requirements:

• Submit National passport /valid at least 6 months beyond stay
• 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed
• 1 Passport-type photograph required
• Photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)
• Photocopy of a recent Bank Statement

• An official ORIGINAL Visa Notification issued by a Chinese Government Agency -or-
• a government-authorized company/organization Z visa notification -or-
• an Employment License issued by the Chinese Labor Ministry, are required.

The "Z" visa is usually issued valid for entry for three months from the issue date, for a stay of 30 days from the date of entry. It may be extended locally by your employer in China.
